LaShauné now serves as one of our Awesome Licensed Client Specialists. As such, she specializes in both Medicare and Employee Group Benefits, personal life insurance, and retirement annuities. She is also the Marketing coordinator for the agency providing a valuable connection between the policy providers and our clients. LaShauné is soon to become a certified in Medicare and other Senior Products.
Her professional story is unique in that she began at the age of fourteen serving in different capacities in our insurance agency. Her professional background includes all areas of agency administration including client service, data management, agency appointments and the monthly newsletter. She makes it her business to connect with each client, keeping them updated on their accounts and coverages. Every client eventually will get a “Customer Care” call from LaShauné.
LaShauné certainly has the welcoming smile and helping attitude that all our clients have come to appreciate! She has lived in the Jacksonville and Sherwood, Arkansas communities most of her life. She is a graduate of University of Arkansas in Education and Technical Writing.
If there were such a thing as spare time, she enjoys working in the community in various ways, and working hard within her faith. She enjoys creative activity such as photography, painting, sketching, gardening, and all the joy and beauty that life has to offer. She is a joy to know and you feel her warmth through the phone and the minute you meet her. She looks forward to talking with YOU!
